And there have been numerous studies and reports that this was going to happen. So it's not like this just came out of nowhere. The Army Corps of Engineers have been messing around with this levee system for 40 years, and it's still not, after these billion dollars they spent this past year, they're still not safe.”

Below is the area most impacted by Hurricane Katrina, the Lower 9th Ward, fourteen years after the storm.

The Louisiana Purchase was the acquisition of the territory of Louisiana by the United States from France in 1803. In return for fifteen million dollars, or approximately eighteen dollars per square mile.

Well I got something to say- Napoleon bum ass got greedy and attempted to take over my home land Haiti. During this time Haitian Revolutionary Toussaint L'Ouverture died in prison. The Haitians did defend the land. Which led to the departure of Napoleon, and the Louisiana Purchase.The least “Amerikkka” could do is say thank you.
